Child Birth On Your Terms

From Doula to night nurse we got all of the stuff you need.

Research shows that childbirth goes more smoothly with a doula: labor is 25 percent shorter, the need for epidural pain relief is 60 percent less, and the Caesarean section rate is reduced by half.— Susan Gilbert

Doula

The presence of a doula can be beneficial no matter what type of birth you are planning. A professional labor assistant will provide physical and emotional support to you and your partner during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.

Studies have shown that having a doula as a birth team member can hugely benefit both mother and child.

  • Decreased cesarean rate by 50%*

  • Reduced length of labor by 25%*

  • Use of oxytocin reduced by 40%*

  • Requests for epidural decreased by 60%*
